- Flexible, Self-Paced Online Lessons: Access engaging lessons anytime, anywhere through the ND360 website or app on your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
- Monthly Group Check-ins: Join your group and Lifestyle Coach for support, motivation, and accountability on the 2nd Monday of each month from 6:00–7:00 PM on Zoom.
- Track Your Progress: Log your food, activity, and engage with the program daily to stay on track and focused on your goals.
- New Lessons on Mondays (see schedule): Fresh content is available on Mondays, giving you a full week to complete each lesson at your convenience.
