North Dakota 360 (Diabetes Prevention Program)

Online delivery of the National Diabetes Prevention Program will put the power of a lifestyle change program in the palm of your hand.

This 12-month program is designed to help you improve your health and prevent the onset of diabetes by addressing the most common factors leading to chronic disease. Weekly video modules, covering topics such as healthy eating and stress reduction, will be available for you to view at your own pace. A dedicated lifestyle coach will guide your program experience through counseling, education, support, and encouragement when and how you need it. All components of the program can be accessed either through a web browser or by using the mobile app. Although there are specific times listed to meet, participants will have a full week to access the session content. The class times listed are not times when the class meets together, they are times when the lesson content will be posted for you to view at your own pace via the website or app.

As a participant of the National Diabetes Prevention Program, you will work with a trained lifestyle coach and other participants to learn the skills you need to make lasting changes. You will learn to eat healthy, add physical activity to your life, manage stress, stay motivated, and solve problems that can get in the way.
