Stay on track with support from your group and Lifestyle Coaches.
Connect from home over Zoom:
17 sessions—weekly or every other week
6 monthly bonus sessions

Who can join?
You’re eligible if you:
• Are 18 or older
• Have a BMI of 25 or higher
• Are not pregnant
• Are not diabetic

About the Program

As a participant of the National Diabetes Prevention Program, you will work with a trained lifestyle coach and other participants to learn the skills you need to make lasting changes. You will learn to eat healthy, add physical activity to your life, manage stress, stay motivated, and solve problems that can get in the way.
