The National Diabetes Prevention Program is being offered on an online platform. The lifestyle change program is a year long and includes education and support for people with prediabetes and those at high risk for prediabetes. It is designed to help people lose weight, be more active and prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes. We encourage daily check ins on the platform to log your food intake and exercise as well as a weekly lesson you will view on your own time. There are no in person meetings. It is encouraged that participants are able to use a computer and/or phone app to be involved in the program.
