Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance is a FREE evidence-based fall prevention program designed specifically for older adults who want to stay active, healthy, and independent. Through gentle movements and guided instruction, participants will work on improving balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, walking ability, and overall confidence in daily movement. The program also helps reduce the fear of falling while providing opportunities to connect socially with others in the community.
Classes will be held from 1:00–2:00 PM at the Cavalier City Park Tennis Courts on select dates throughout June, July, and August. This supportive and welcoming program is appropriate for a variety of ability levels and focuses on safe, low-impact movement.
